Teaching children since 1998, we know how to get kids active and having fun. We teach fitness and physical education and pride ourselves in keeping your child safe. From the earliest of ages, we begin working on listening skills and the basics of movement. Our SNG program teaches 2.5 to 5 year olds Nutrition, Safety, Health, Hygeine, and Exercise. We use stories, music, games, and activities to keep them engaged and moving. Classes are 30-35 minutes.
Stretch-N-Grow Enrollment Form
This program is for 5 to 10-year-olds. Continuing with the basics from our Stretch-N-Grow program we build on the basic locomotor skills using our Game Performance Program. We usually don't play sports, but the games are all related to making them better at their favorite sport.
The elementary kids also learn 10 basic bodyweight exercises and yoga stretches. Learning about their bodies and managing them is space is an important part of our programming.
